Mesa Az 85204 Functional Strength Training: I will guide you through a program that will develop total body strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. I will combine functional work outs, cardio, and stretching to give you optimum results.
MyoFacial Release: I can help you with the practice of self myofacial release which will help break up scar tissue deep in your muscles and allow full range of motion. This is a fantastic way to help relieve pain associated with IT band problems, and many other overuse injuries. Tracking Results: A very important part of the process is tracking results. I am not a big fan of relying on a scale to tell you what fitness level you are achieving. I would rather let the client tell me what changes they are experiencing, such as clothes fitting better and having more energy throughout the day. This feed back needs to be constant between the client and trainer. I like to give my clients exercise logs or suggest journals to document all of their activities. This allows us both to see real time changes in their successes and challenges; and adapt the training program to push them to meet their goals.
Ongoing Training and Support: I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
Group Workouts: You pick the group*, place*,and length of camp, I will instruct your class. A group class is a great setting to get in shape. I can instruct up to 4 people at a time. I can go to your location, or we can use my office.
I will bring all equipment needed to get a great functional workout.
